Come and take a tour of Airside Sheet Metal Fabricators, Inc. advanced 38,000 SF fabrication shop.  We love to show where we manufacture the highest quality Ductwork.  Our shop contains multiple automated machines and equipment, including dedicated semi-trailers for delivery to accommodate all the metal fabrication requirements of any project in New Jersey. With 3 Plasma-Arc Cutting Tables mild steel can be cut into any design required. These plasma machines are capable of handling up to ¼” thick mild steel, with stock on hand from 26-12-gauge galvanized steel (5’x10′ sheets or coils). Airside Sheet Metal Fabricators, Inc. only uses steel made in the USA!

The coil line quickly produces Rectangular Ductwork, of nearly any size, in nominal 5′ lengths. We also have a liner section on the coil line that automatically insulates the ductwork – hands-free. Our Round Spiral Pipe and Flat Oval Spiral Duct machines manufacture metal spiral-seamed ductwork. Multiple sizes are always in stock. We also have Gorelock machines to produce our own spiral 90s and fittings.

Other services include: long seam welded pipe, plate steel welding, Roof Curbs, flashings, Equipment Rails, adapter curbs, structural steel pre-fabrication (bolted in the field), hanger straps, and 10′ slips & drives.
