Fabrication Services
Airside Sheet Metal offers full-service sheet metal fabrication for any project large or small. We specialize in rectangular ductwork, round spiral pipe, flat oval spiral ductwork, and more.
Spiral Duct
We can manufacture enough Spiral Pipe daily to supply even your largest install jobs. We fabricate single wall or double wall in diameters from 4” to 84”. Stocked pipe and fittings sizes from 4” to 26”.
Flat Oval Spiral Duct
It’s more than stretching spiral pipe into an oval, it’s an art form and at Airside, we love to create Flat Oval Spiral Ducts and related fittings. Each pipe length and all fittings are fit tested in our fabrication shop to ensure proper fit and conform to SPIDA standards.
Rectangular Duct
All Rectangular Ductwork we fabricate is made out of G-90 metal made in the USA and conforms to SMACNA standards. This ensures your ductwork will be of the highest quality material.
Specialty Metal Work
Our on-site engineering team and large manufacturing facility allow us to fulfill orders for custom sheet metal design, fabrication, and delivery to our customers.
CAD/BIM
Airside employs 8 highly skilled CAD / BIM Drafters with many years of professional experience in many fields including Ductwork, Plumbing, Piping, Electrical, Structural Steel, and Architecture.
